RESEARCH
MAKE
CURATE

Anna Jos Wetzel is a textile-related product researcher, maker and curator who refuses to be defined by any of these titles singularly. An interdisciplinary connector, led by fun, curiosity and people, consciously going with the flow. She tries to keep an all-seeing eye on human, nature, and technology in which raw materials aren’t ready-made or given. She won’t stop investigating until she has understood every relevant detail of the matter. This holistic approach enables her to find unusual solutions for the production, use and design of materials and products. Learning how to farm flax for making linen can turn out into a deep research about spinning machines or the craft of making varnish.
